To insert fields in a database table with phpMyAdmin, please do the following:
1. Select the database where the table exists.
2. Click the table where you want to insert the new field.
3. Click the “Structure” tab.
4. Choose how many fields to add, and wherein the table they should be added.
5. Click “Go”.
6. Enter the name, type, and length of the new field.
7. Click “Save”.
