General Terms

At Hostimul, our goal is to provide you with high-quality, stable, and reliable services. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for selected hosting services.

1. Services Covered by the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a refund within the first 30 days from the activation date of the initial order for the following services:

  • cPanel Hosting
  • WordPress Hosting
  • Web Hosting
  • Premium Hosting

This guarantee applies only to the initial purchase of eligible services and does not apply to renewals.

Important note: If a free domain was provided together with the hosting service as part of a promotion, the standard domain registration fee will be deducted from the refundable amount. In such case, the domain remains available for the customer’s use until the end of its registration period.

2. Services Not Covered by the Refund Guarantee

The following services are not eligible for a refund:

  • Email Hosting
  • Domain registration, transfer, and renewal
  • VPS and Dedicated Server services
  • SSL certificates
  • Dedicated IP addresses
  • Licenses and other third-party services
  • Website migration and additional technical services
  • Renewals of existing services
  • Funds added to the customer balance (Account Credit)

3. Refund Terms

Refunds are processed according to the following principles:

  • Payment Method: Refunds are generally issued back to the original payment method. If this is not technically possible, the amount will be added to the Hostimul internal balance as Account Credit.
  • Transaction Costs: Non-refundable processing fees charged by banks or payment providers may be deducted from the final refund amount.
  • Processing Time: Once approved, the refund may take 7–14 business days to reach your account, depending on banking procedures.

4. Cases Where Refunds Do Not Apply

Refund rights do not apply in the following cases:

  • Suspension or termination of the service due to a violation of applicable rules
  • Spam, abuse, fraud, cyberattacks, or other Anti-Abuse policy violations
  • Service renewals or cases specifically marked as non-refundable under promotional terms

5. How to Submit a Refund Request

To request a refund:

  • Log in to your Hostimul Client Area
  • Submit a request through the Support Ticket section
  • Include your invoice or order number
  • Briefly specify the service name and the reason for cancellation

6. Additional Note

This policy applies together with Hostimul’s Terms of Service. Hostimul reserves the right to amend this policy whenever necessary.
